At MB Custom Golf, every product and build is completed with precision and tour-level standards. This policy explains how refunds and returns are handled for both custom work and retail products.
Custom services and custom-built products are made specifically for you and therefore are non-refundable and non-returnable. This includes, but is not limited to:
Once a component has been modified in any way (cut, installed, or used), it cannot be returned.
We accept returns on new, unused, and unaltered retail products within 14 days of delivery.

All returns must be approved before you ship an item back. Please contact us at support@mbcustomgolf.com for return authorization.
If your order arrives damaged or defective, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery.

If the issue is confirmed, we will offer a replacement item or store credit. Damage caused by misuse, improper installation, or normal wear is not covered.
Once your return is received and approved, refunds are issued to the original payment method.
Please allow 3–5 business days for processing after the return is approved.
Shipping costs are non-refundable. Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item was defective or shipped incorrectly.
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to change a product, you may:
Orders for custom builds, fittings, or labor services cannot be cancelled once work has started.
Retail (non-custom) product orders may be cancelled before they ship. Once shipped, the order is subject to the return policy above.
